Since 2011, Elektronikmässan has been held in Gothenburg with the goal of becoming the most important and natural meeting place for the electronics industry in Sweden. On June 15–16, 2022, we expanded to Stockholm in a unique collaboration with Svensk Elektronik, and from 2026 onward, Elektronikmässan will alternate annually between Gothenburg and Stockholm.
The next edition will take place at Åby Arena in Gothenburg on April 15–16, 2026.

At the Electronics Fair 2025, skills provision in the technology industry was discussed as a central issue for Sweden’s competitiveness. The government’s STEM strategy was presented by State Secretary Maria Nilsson, while representatives from Teknikföretagen and Volvo Cars highlighted the challenges faced by companies. The session concluded with a panel debate on solutions and future needs.

Maria Rosendahl, Head of Industrial Policy at Teknikföretagen, participated in a well-attended session on skills provision at the Electronics Fair 2025. Together with representatives from the government and industry, she discussed challenges and solutions related to the shortage of technical skills – a crucial issue for Sweden’s competitiveness.
