What is EasyGo?

EasyGo is a service package offered to all our exhibitors. All EasyGo packages include marketing and lead generation tools to reach and engage your community before, during, and after the trade show. This includes invitation services, our unique tools for capturing potential customers (Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect), and easy post-event follow-up.

No technical expertise is required on your part, and we have a full team to support you every step of the way.

What does EasyGo and Smartbadge technology mean for exhibitors?

As part of your EasyGo package, you will receive 1, 2, or 3 SmartBadge readers depending on which EasyGo package you choose to purchase.

The SmartBadge technology requires no physical contact and ensures a 100% secure event experience. In your My Easyfairs account, you will then have the ability to upload content for each assigned reader.

At the end of the event day, visitors who have interacted with your reader will receive a visit summary via email.

As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected from your reader at the end of the event. You can easily download the lead export from your My Easyfairs account.

Turn your visitors to qualified leads

We place your reader in your booth before the first day of the fair, and you ensure it is visible to visitors. With this reader, you can turn your visitors into qualified leads. The reader is a wireless sensor, and when visitors touch the reader with their Smart Badge (name tag), it automatically collects the information about your company that you have uploaded to My Easyfairs.

This information is sent to the visitors in a summary email at the end of the fair day.
If you have a GoLeads, GoPlus, or GoPremium package, you will receive a list of contact details for those who touched your reader. You can find the list in My Easyfairs after the fair ends.

With Visit Connect, you can scan information about visitors in your booth simply by scanning the QR code on their Smart Badges (name tags). This makes post-event follow-up easier and ensures that you don’t lose important business cards or contact information.

What is Myeasyfairs Exhibitor Portal?

The majority of visitors plan their visit via our website. The information entered in My Easyfairs is what appears in our exhibitor list on the website. Here, you can showcase your company, products, news, and job postings. During the event, you will have a SmartBadge reader at your booth that visitors can scan with their SmartBadges (name badges). When they scan your reader, they will receive the information you have uploaded through My Easyfairs via email.

Log In At MyEasyfairs

when your company’s booth was booked, the person who made the booking received an email from “My Easyfairs” with a link to the system, prompting them to confirm their email address and choose a password. The email address serves as the username, and the chosen password will be the login password. If the password is forgotten, select “Forgot password” and follow the instructions. In some cases, if there are issues, switching browsers and trying again can help.
