Preparations

Before your participation

Once you have registered, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please bring this confirmation with you, preferably in digital form, and show it at the entrance. After this, you will receive a name badge from the entrance host called a Smart Badge, which functions as a digital business card. For more information, see “Your Smart Badge – your digital business card.”

When you registered for Elektronikmässan, you received a confirmation email with a barcode. Please have this confirmation ready when you arrive at Kistamässan.

Once on site, you will receive your Smart Badge. This name badge serves as your digital business card throughout your visit. It displays your name, company, and the position/job title you provided during registration.

All exhibitors will have a small reader at their booth marked “Touch & Collect.” If you want to connect with the company after the fair or simply collect information about them, hold your badge against the reader. This way, both you and the exhibitor exchange contact details. After the fair, you will receive an email summarizing your visit. Simple and digital!

Watch a short video about the Smart Badge here.

Those active in the electronics industry are welcome to visit the fair.

Elektronikmässan

A smart event

We want to make the fair experience as smooth as possible for our visitors. That’s why your name badge is more than just a badge – it’s also your digital business card.

Each exhibitor has a Smart Badge reader. When you hold your name badge up to the reader, you and the exhibitor exchange information. At the end of the day, you’ll receive a summary of all the exhibitors you “tapped.” The exhibitor, in turn, receives your contact details and can easily send you further information.

Sometimes you click especially well with an exhibitor and may want to exchange more detailed information. In that case, the exhibitor can scan your name badge with their phone and make notes to facilitate future contact.
